About GKM
GKM Property Services was founded in 2017 after the successful merger of two locally owned landscaping companies. GKM represents the initials of the three founders - made up of an active duty Police Officer, a former collegiate athlete and a retired United States Marine.
With more than 30 years of combined Landscape and Property Management experience, GKM serves home owners, municipality leaders, property managers and others in the central Indiana and Indianapolis-Metro area.
Brody Kalbaugh - VP, Residential
Brody is lifelong resident of the Indianapolis North Side. He grew up in Fishers, Indiana where he was part of the first graduating class at Fishers High School. Brody went on to play middle linebacker at the University of Saint Francis where he lead the team in tackles and was a BSN All-American (First Team). Brody graduated with a Bachelor's degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Since graduation, Brody has owned and operated Mowtime Lawn and Landscaping. His successful track record combined with his hard work ethic made for a perfect fit to merge with Matt and Justin and create the GKM brand. Brody lives with his wife and their daughter in Noblesville and enjoys anything outdoors. If he's not working then he's on a boat, hunting/fishing, or in the gym.
